Professional & Academic Experience

Frank Steininger received his accounting degree from the University of Akron in 1981. Frank spent over 34 years with PwC before retiring in 2014 to join Civeo Corporation as their Senior VP, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Frank retired from Civeo Corporation in 2020. He has significant experience in the energy sector (both upstream and downstream), chemical, oil field services and industrial products industries. As a Manager at PwC, Frank lived and worked in Johannesburg, South Africa. He has worked extensively on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence, merger integration and public offerings services. Further, Frank has significant experience in SEC reporting matters through numerous offerings and IPO’s and joint venture accounting issues. As a public company CFO, Frank worked on spin-offs, credit/debt agreements, acquisitions, cost reduction efforts, corporate structuring and crisis management.

Frank resides in Houston, TX. He is currently a board member of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, National Inventors Hall of Fame, New Hope Housing and Chautauqua Golf Club.
