Professional & Academic Experience

Tom Dryer is the Corporate Controller for HRM Enterprises, Inc.  As the Corporate Controller, he currently oversees the primary accounting functions, including general accounting, accounts receivable and taxes.  Over his 30+ year career in the retail industry, he has been involved in many wide-ranging strategic initiatives.  Some of which included the implementation of various ERP and financial systems, such as SAP and Oracle; participation in numerous business acquisitions, ranging from an internet-based video content provider to a 350 store retail chain; as well as the development of many new processes that resulted in significant financial savings. 

Tom graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Akron in 1989. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1995. In addition to serving on the Advisory Board for the School of Accountancy at the University of Akron, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
