Professional & Academic Experience

Crystal Beiting is the Vice President, Investor Relations & FP&A for The J. M. Smucker Co., serving in this role since 2024. Crystal has held roles of increasing responsibility since joining The J. M. Smucker Co. in 2015, most recently serving as Vice President, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance Shared Services and, prior to that, as Vice President, Internal Audit. Crystal has experience leading Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, and Operations and Supply Chain Accounting and Finance functions. In her time with the Company, Crystal has been involved in many strategic projects, process improvements, and system implementations.

Crystal started her career in public accounting, working in the Ernst & Young and Bruner-Cox assurance practices.

Crystal graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, and a Certified Public Accountant.
